Important Information for Passengers Requiring an ETA
Due to the current complex period and security situation, the Population and Immigration Authority may conduct checks, and in certain cases, deny entry to Israel for passengers holding non-Israeli passports.
Non-Israeli citizens are requested to ensure they have a valid ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) before their flight.
Please note: Obtaining the ETA does not guarantee entry to Israel – Border Control officers in Israel have the discretion to re-evaluate entry and may deny it.
We are aware of the inconvenience and discomfort this may cause and ask for your understanding.
The airline is not involved in the decision-making process and will not be able to assist at the check-in counters.
